COLORE, OLFATTO, SAPORE
Colore biondo dorato luminoso e dallaspetto limpido, questa Pils è morbida e amara al punto giusto, con deliziose note maliate e luppolate che si percepiscono già allolfatto ma che stupiscono allassaggio mostrando un equilibrio perfetto. Erbacea, speziata e malattia anche nel finale, lungamente persistente.
DA BERE CON…
Con una pizza margherita ma anche una capricciosa o una würstel e patate, sa sposare bene anche primi piatti di pasta fresca conditi con sughi di verdure ma anche carni bianche. Perfetta con una frittura di pesce.
