Il Lafon Rochet è frutto di un assemblaggio: 67% di Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% di Merlot, 2% di Petit Verdot e 6% di Cabernet Franc. E’ coltivato a 46 ettolitri per ettaro e lasciato maturare in fusti di rovere seminuovi, mentre la raccolta viene effettuata dal 1° al 20 ottobre. Il suo bouquet rivela aromi di mora, mirtillo e leggere note di gusci d’ostrica. Un vino dallo stile classico. Di medio corpo, con tannini potenti, buona acidità, simmetria e piacevole rotondità con una nota di pepe nero e tabacco nel finale. Un ottimo Lafon Rochet frutto del lavoro di Basile Tesseron e del suo team.
