Veste oro ricamata con bagliori verdi, presenta un perlage molto fine e persistente, al naso sprigiona una generosità del frutto che lascia a bocca aperta, con frutta a polpa a bianca e agumi, delicate note floreali, mineralità quasi salina e cipria, con sottili note affumicate sul finale. Assaggio vivace e fresco all’attacco, progredisce con toni di limone e sale per poi virare verso morbidezza, rotondità e dolcezza dei rimandi fruttati, con burro salato a farla da padrone nel finale lunghissimo e indimenticabile.
